Back in S.A.

For those of you who do not have Facebook, we have arrived in Johannesburg and are slowly unpacking, reorganizing and getting back into the grove of things. Jet la has been quite the thing lately! We start off good and by 2 pm we’re dog-tired!!! Thank you’s to everyone who has prayed and blessed us!!!

Married Couples

On Friday, May 28, we gathered for what we called “Starter Night”. Basically we all made our favourite starters or appetizers and brought them to share. It turned out to be quite a meal! We also saw the first hour of a message by Brian & Cheryl Brodersen on the Essentials of Marriage. We look forward to seeing the second half of that message on June 25th!! Sorry no pictures!

Married Couple’s Dessert Night

We had a wonderful Dessert Night – everyone contributed! The night consisted of eating, listening to a message from Ecclesiastes 4 and playing a game of Pictionary! The girls won! You can view the pictures at the link below:

Magaliesburg Baptism

On April 10, 2010 about 30 of us started out for a baptism – little did we know that 6 hours and 8.4 km later we’d be done, hungry, sore and tired. We ended with a nice braai and a relaxing drive home!  Visit the link below for some picture-viewing:
